Execus gets involved in projects provided with guiding principles based on the experience and not on a proprietary methodology or discipline.
Those guiding principles ensure that changes in processes and organization, as a result of the project, will be sustainable in the future without a consulting implication for the long term.
Therefore, proprietary processes are not handed over at the end of the project, but the knowledge of the new processes is developed within the client, working with the team, all along the duration of the project. This is achieved having the following goals in mind:
- Maintaining a flexible approach and guided by the client, allowing that our experience contributes to the project; and not that the project adapts to an imposed methodology
- Relying on “best practices” acquired with the experience of our consultants, through years of successes and failures (learning processes) in multiple situations, sectors, industries and technologies that are relevant
- Defining and delivering processes, making changes that minimize risk, visibly improve productivity and put the focus on adding value
- Erasing the use of proprietary tools and processes (different than the client ones) in order to produce cost-effective tools and processes, sustainable for the future
Execus really acts as an ally that can be trusted when identifying tools, methodologies and practices that are more cost-effective and contribute to the success of the project
