The requirements of the public sector in relation to the management of their purchase order in electronic format (EDI) has created the need to its providers to update their processes, information and systems in order to adapt to the new ways of work.

Execus is providing Senior Project Managers to multinational companies in order to help lead, coordinate or mobilize the internal work teams that are the organizations have put in place with the goal to adapt to the new public sector requirements.

Integrating in the work teams, often leading them, our consultants help coordinate the diverse efforts and resources of the companies: the technology teams (internal or external) that deliver the technology, the “users” or other stakeholders involved in the management of the purchase order, the departments of billing or logistics, and even managing the relations with the local administration and delegated logistics entities in order to ensure the successful implementation of the new EDI messages and electronic invoice (Facturae or EDIFACT).
