The management of the "grey area" in between technology and  business is an internal capacity that some companies may not have adecuately covered. Execus develops an specific service line to help cover the need and that offers to our clients.

In order to provide superior value, EXECUS provides Project and Program Managers based on projects. Their typical responsibilities include:

- Stakeholder Management: the end user of the product, the internal developer, the external integrator, the head of technology and different sponsors of the project may have different priorities or agendas. A solid Program Manager is able to manage each group, understand their positions, interests and priorities, communicate effectively with them and negotiate and reach satisfactory agreements in order to ensure the success of the project.

- Establish a Governance Framework: evaluate the internal governance tools, suggest new or modified ways of governance based on the solid experience of our consultants in the management of complex projects. The formalization of risk management is substantive addition to the project.

- Project Management and Reporting: Consolidation of different workflows, both directly or indirectly managing different Project managers, in a single reporting and management tools. It can also include the management of external providers and the presentation of the evolution of the project to the Stakeholder group.

The addition of an “independent” partner –without any other interests than the success of the Project- is key to: manage the Project in a timely, resource and quality appropriate fashion, keep alignment of the different stakeholders with the final goal of the project, keep information related to the project consistent and updated and the anticipated detection of potential risks to the goals of the project, suggesting the appropriate measures to overcome them.
